As a way of giving back to my community and followers I am making Ramadan easier for you all by providing a guideline and workouts that you can follow in the comfort of your home. It is important to look after our mental health, physical health and spirituality , everything goes hand in hand for us to enhance the Ramadan month. Ramadan is a month of reflection and becoming more aware, a perfect time to also reset those negative habits and behaviours. See you in the group and lets get moving
