- A thorough 60 min detailed understanding of your patterns, behaviours and lifestyle in relation to your fitness and diet goals.
- Assessment of your hip movement, squats, walking gait, posture analysis, breathing, mobility
- Body Map Assessment.
Before you come to the consultation, write down three main goals you would like me to help you with. This does not have to be around your weight goals but things that can relate to it too. This will help me heaps when we meet.
