It is agonising watching so many people become frustrated with their weight loss journey in a society that overwhelms us with fitness and diet products. The fitness industry has failed so many of us in trying to achieve true happiness with our lives and most importantly our bodies.
Maybe you are someone who starts a diet with the hope that this will be the answer to all your problems, maybe you are that someone who has battled with weight loss since the time you can remember. You lose a few pounds, you gain a few pounds till you give up in the end.








I spent years fighting an eating disorder and body dismorphia because the trends I followed growing up. My weight loss journey had me face depression in later stages of my life and I know I am not the only one. Though fitness has been my saviour in many ways, it also served me in the wrong way and stole many years of my youth and happiness. (Many people will not admit this but the way we look has a huge impact on the way we feel, we chase this idea of a perfect body which then lands us into a lot of psychological trouble)
Over the past 10 years, I have worked with hundreds of clients who have dieted and trained and year after year they come back to square one, sometimes more pounds added to the dress size and feeling more dissappinted than ever before, most times people just give up because they had tried everything and seem to get nowhere. I was also that person once, spending all my hard earnt cash on pointless diet products and literally killing myself in the gym to be felt like a failure in the end because I couldn't look like the celebrity that was trending that month.
Understanding the main core reasons why I wasn't losing weight, I was able to change my entire mindset and with time I learnt how to fall in love with my body, which also made me furious to why the fitness industry does not teach people the real truth about weight loss.​

Once I learnt the 5 main reasons why I wasn't losing weight effectively , (as outlined in the book) I felt like I had a rebirth in my life, I quickly became known as the transformational queen that helped clients NOT only drop weight but also keep it off forever. Combining neuroscience and fitness tools and hacks I am able to get clients to drop from a size 24 to a size 16 in a matter of months
The best part of each transformation is watching how individuals grow in every other area of their lives. Their confidence soars, self esteem, self worth and self love makes them feel like they have wings and I have witnessed so many get out of their comfort zones to chase their dreams or do things they had been procastinating for years.
I'm here to change the fitness narrative we have been sold all our lives and on a mission to change one body at a time. 8 years ago I made a promise that what I learn from my experience I will share with people who need the correct information, because let's be honest, not feeling happy in your body and mind affects every other area of your lives too!!!
